Your RoleAs a Technical Sales Representative, you will drive commercial growth in your assigned region by developing and animating a network of partners and clients. You will play a strategic role in supporting distributors, integrators and poultry producers, while ensuring strong operational follow-up and customer satisfaction. Acting as a key point of contact, you will collaborate closely with local agents/distributors, back-office functions and technical teams to secure sustainable business growth.ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development & Network ManagementIdentify, develop and maintain a strong network of partners and customers (hatchery integrators, Africain poultry producers, distributors, etc.).Support and manage agents/distributors in strategic countries within your region.Implement commercial actions to strengthen market presence and accelerate revenue growth.Operational & Sales AdministrationEnsure efficient order tracking, planning coordination and sales administration for African sites.Monitor customer receivables and ensure proper follow-up with internal teams.Visit the customer network regularly (the role requires 50-60% of international travel)Technical Customer SupportIn collaboration with the company's back-office, provide technical follow-up to customers in your area or additional regions when required.Participate in trade shows, customer events and professional seminars.Contribute to the resolution of technical, commercial or operational issues.Strategic InvolvementTake part in strategic projects related to the company's developmentGather and share key insights on market trends, opportunities and competitive dynamics.Position based in Ploufragan (22) or Mauges sur Loire (49) in France or Boxmeer in the Netherlands.

Your ProfileDegree in business, animal production or equivalentProven experience in international sales or technical sales, ideally in agriculture, poultry or agribusinessStrong interpersonal skills and ability to build trust with different types with different types of stakeholders (producers, distributors, integrators)Autonomous, business-driven and comfortable working in the fieldMobility: Willingness to travel frequently (a minimum of 33% of the time)Languages: Fluent in French and English Key competencies:Strong business development mindset. Ability to identify opportunities, expand network and drive commercial growthExcellent relationship management. Capable of building long-term partnerships with distributors, integrators and key accountsTechnical understand of poultry/ agricultural environments. Ability to translate technical aspects into practical solutions for customersNegotiation & closing skills. Confident in leading commercial discussions and securing agreementsAutonomy & result oriented. Strong ownership, ability to manage priorities and deliver under minimal supervisionAdaptability & resilience. Able to manage diverse contexts, travel constraints and fast-changing environments.
